Nexa (formerly
Nexazenix) is a male fox protogen hybrid created in 1st September 2022 and owned by Aveyzan. His pronous are
he/they. He is covered in white fur, has cyan beans and claws, and peculiar light purple part inside ears. There is one ear per side.
The tail is white, big and fluffy, and doesn't wag that rapidly; it may not waggle at all or waggle only a little, slowly. Optionally, he has
cyan stripes on his arms, and he can also have white wings (option for the artists).
As an arctic fox, Nexa has cyan eyes, pink tongue (cyan allowed but not preferred) and black snoot. The emblem is not visible, although there
will be plans to append it to the back of the fox colored cyan, directly behind the chest.
As a protogen, Nexa's armor is light gray and detachable, except for the color of the underwear part, this part is colored dark gray. The buttons
have cyan rings and black background, with the emblem colored white. This pattern is followed for the visor. The visor is also solid black, aside
for the eyes, snoot and lips, all colored white. The "headphones" part is cyan. All cyan rings and emblems have ability to glow at dark.
Personality and shape of Nexa is based on Aveyzan in real life; he has height of 1.84 meters (6 feet solid), he enjoys hugs, headpats, licks, belly
rubs. He governs with some magic, he can adjust to likely the most climates, especially icy, as he has thermoregulation. He can be treated as a pillow,
he likes to mess around when it comes to saying compliments to him, like "You're cute! You're adorable! Such a cutie!", yet only if possible. He likes to
bring joy to others! He is immune to liquids including water. His detachable visor can represent a game screen.
His emblem is actually a joint of 2 letters: big N and small Z, both included in the name
Nexazenix.
Nexa is Aveyzan's fursona, and he is usually referred as Aveyzan (Avey in abrigdement) himself, even if both are distinct characters in the lore.
To distinguish between 2 variations of Nexa (fox and protogen), the terms
Nexa Protogen and
Nexa Fox are allowed.

It is late 2021. There was an arctic fox wandering around a city. That city wasn't that big and instead would be considered as a big village. The fox
was male. He looked like he seemingly escaped the zoo he was in, however, he was actually imprisoned somewhere and, absconded from there. He wasn't
a domestic fox at the moment. He enjoyed walking especially at night, yet he wasn't feeling much joy due to loneliness. Apparently every city inhabitant
was already home (and sleeping) when he was walking during nights, and on the mornings, middays, afternoons, they were away from home or sometimes
looking around a forest nearby.
As 2022 began, the fox started stopping walking on the city (it was gradual process) in favor of the forest - snowy, just powder of white covering the
ground. The forest would soon become his home, but in reality he wasn't in good condition what bounced negatively to his mood. That condition was about
society, because he had no one to be able to speak like a mere human, instead he had ability to think like a human and so express emotions. Overall, he
wasn't born as a hunting animal.
For the next days, weeks and even months, the fox discovered sadness, sometimes with tears falling through his cheeks, sometimes he was lying down with
his back to show that he wants belly rubs. And one day determined he would stay in the forest completely, choosing to forget his presence in the city.
On April 2022, he was spotted by a scientist while walking deeper in the forest. And this scientist felt an interest in the animal. He was also shocked
the fox is arctic and the snow is already gone. With that being said, the scientist brought the animal to his hideout, leading it underground to the
secret laboratory. There the fox got to see an entire group of scientists. At first, the animal was defident, but later he accustomed and became a pet
for the scientist that found him.
The scientists that were present that day were surprised that an arctic fox was brought to their hideout. The fox was smiling a little, with dozen of
bashfulness, and still sort of missing the forest he used to dwell in. His tail was always quiet. He tried to remain obedient and relevant nonetheless.
The fox got to show the scientists that he can stand on 2 rear paws, and wanted to express that wants to do that for eternity. On the next month, the
scientists, impressed, decided to anthropomorphize the animal and make it bigger. During that experiment, they put the animal asleep. Once the fox woke
up, he was able to talk like a human and do other things like a human.
Later, the scientists made the fox asleep again, to attach a detachable armor that covered chest and upper part of rear paws. To add a cherry on top,
they also inserted a detachable visor to its face. The armor was light gray, underwear part was dark gray instead, the visor had white face elements,
its screen was black. The "headphones" part of the visor was cyan, along with some buttons coming with the armor (cyan rings). Final touch included
the emblem - the scientists decided for big N followed by small Z on the bottom right of N. Thus the arctic fox got the name
Nexa, and he was
"somehow" a
protogen.
Changes halted after decision to close Nexa in a tight small dark room, which the scientists believe wouldn't escape from. To do that, they turned
Nexa off, getting himself in controlled hibernation. The reason why they resigned from this project is because it was unrealiable and not human-friendly.
What happened in August 2022 shocked the laboratory personnel, because during one of the experiments, a strange, dangerous smell rolled in, causing
the scientists to get sick, some of them heavily. Some of them even died in few hours. Some even managed to return outside and properly close the gate
to the hideout so that the smell will be under control. The scientist who found Nexa on April this year was sent to the hospital. He was hoping whoever
finds the laboratory becomes the actual and lawful owner of the animal. After long time fighting the disease, he got a heart attack and died in the result.
The most personnel also died, either in the laboratory or in the hospital. Thereupon, the hideout became abandoned. Nexa survived because he was locked
precisely.
On September 2022, a young man from the city was going for a walk in the forest. This was very rare for it to occur. And when he was going further,
he somehow made it to the laboratory that had no sign of life after the massacre month prior. He opened the door where Nexa was stuck, the man screamed
after seeing the animal in the armor, he ran away and tried to return outside. Nexa turned on and he was approaching the man, and that man just fainted.
Once he opens eyes, he felt really comfy, because Nexa was hugging him. The protogen tells the man that Nexa is now under his ownership. The human,
surprised, asked questions about what happened and why he became a new owner of Nexa. With Nexa answering every question as possible, he and the man
became true friends, like a family, for years... And they lived happily ever after. (The man is actually Aveyzan. Nexa gets this information later.)
The lore is based on the time Aveyzan was joining the furry fandom back on the second half of 2021 and when Nexa was created on 1st September 2022.
